We will make slight changes free of charge ie; placement of words. Charges for changes – The following change requests will incur a £10 charge as these would need a full re-design: Complete re-design of layout. decorations or fonts used. The fonts we use are as on the picture you order from, these are the fonts we have chosen for this piece of art and are what we will use. Once you have signed off a proof it is FINAL and we will not be able to make any further changes.
Spelling on artwork
Whilst every effort is made to pick up on any spelling or grammar mistakes or errors, we will not be responsible for any errors you make. Please read through your text carefully prior to ordering.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure our product images are as accurate as possible, there may be colour variations when viewed on different computer screens and devices. Therefore slight variations may occur between on screen products and the final item.
Due to the nature of the frames we use when looking closely you may be able to see a minimal amount of particles inside the glass, while we minimise the amount of trapped dust it is impossible to eradicate it all but we are confident it doesn’t distract from the quality of the art work and is invisible from a normal viewing distance/environment. The frames are made from solid wood, knots and imperfections may be seen in the wood but these will not be on the front edges of the frame. The wood is stained in your chosen finish, there may be areas that are more stained than others depending on how well the wood takes the stain. When stained with the white stain the wood's knots can take a grey/black colour to them but again these will only be on the sides or back of the frame. Occasionally in transit the artwork can move inside the frame due to it being shaken about for an extended period of time, if this happens please open up your frame and realign the papercut, be careful that the edges of the glass can be sharp. Please avoid hanging your frame in areas where there is excess moisture, like a bathroom or places where there are varying degrees of heat for example above a radiator.
